Alice's Dream

A different day for me today for my Love to Craft & Create share;
I swapped with the lovely Ewelina - thank you Ewlelina!
I’ve made a tag using some gorgeous papers from Studio 75 - Alice’s Dreams
 accompanied by Wycinanka Rosette Borders.

I cut a tag and cut the paper out of the same tag, then stitched around the edge and used some distress ink.

I then added:

See you next week :)

Wooden dream with Miss Olivia

Hello, everyone!
I am back with next inspirations for you.
Papers with a wooden pattern are one of my favourite ones.
I have made a card using this kind of design paper.
In Monika's SHOP you can find a papers collection which has a wooden pattern,

I have chosen for the first layer of my card this 12" x 12" paper:

and for the second (top) layer, that:

In that paper collection, you have also surprises,
2 cut out sheets: 5.5cm x 30.5cm and 5.5cm x 17cm + bonus. All that you can buy as a set or as single sheets.

I have cut off roses with leaves to use them for my flowers composition.
You can see in the centre of my card one more cut off element, tag from Studio75 - Miss Olivia 05.

And here are rest of the beautiful products which you will find in Love to Craft & Create SHOP.

Fabric Flowers 2 - Champagne - set of 6

Anemone - Romantic Birdcage,

Jute Twine - cream

40mm White Cotton Lace

Magic Glue and 3D Foam Squares.

Hope you enjoyed my inspiration.
Have a lovely Wednesday!

Hi guys, Tegan finished her first year at school last week, she has had three teachers/ assistants who have looked after her class, so I have made some cards for Tegan to give them,
this the second one I have shown,

I love these Lemoncraft music letters - basic papers and thought they went fabulously with my handmade flowers, I distressed the edges and added a little machine sewing,
I Layered them around this gorgeous Scrapiniec Royal Park - circle frame, I added a piece of paper from the same collection in the center too,

I then added some of the gorgeous twine in yellow and green to finish my card off,
I then used a mold for the bird decoration made with air dry clay,

Check out these and all the new fabulous products in Monika's online store,
Happy Crafting!!

Blue :)

My card for today :)

Using Alice papers I have decorated with texture paste on a brick work stencil ,
using distress and torn look to get the shabby chic feel to the card.
Blue is a new image for me but felt I needed to to swerve away from the usual pink and peach look.
I love the new wheat sheaves to give the flowers a"bouquet "effect .

Every day I love a new challenge.

Just scissors & paper...

Hello everyone!
Today I would like to show you how to get from here...

... to here ;)

To make this card you don't need much!
Just scrapbooking paper, glue, scissors, a needle, thread
and some grey chipboard to add dimension :)
No fancy tools, no complicated techniques... just your imagination!

To make this card I used Studio75 papers and cut out sheets from 5 different collections:

All of them are available in Love to Craft & Create
as a part of a set of 12"x12" pads or as single sheets.

I cut the elements out of every single sheet and start to play with them
to get the design/arrangement that I like.
For a background I used 1 of the 24 papers from the 6"x6" Secret Garden collection.

I decided to stitch the edges to match the other elements I stitched already.
I've done it by hand - no fancy tools ;)
I didn't want my card to be "flat" so I used pieces of grey chipboard to add some dimension
by attaching them underneath of some elements.

I hope you like my project.
I need to admit I love those cut out sheets.
I made this card but I can easily make a few more
as plenty of cut out elements are left.
They are perfect not only for cards but for layouts as well.

You can find them at Love to Craft & Create :)

Thank you for stopping by,
M.
